This agreement is entered into between Khabar Koi (hereinafter referred to as
"the Company") and the rider identified below (hereinafter referred to as "the Rider").

Terms & Conditions
1.
The Rider voluntarily agrees to provide delivery services on the Khabar Koi platform.
The relationship between the Rider and the Company is that of an Independent Contractor,
not an employee.
2.
The Rider commits to completing each delivery on time and with care.
The Rider must maintain respectful and professional conduct with customers at all times.
3.
The Rider's personal information (NID, address, mobile number) will be used solely for
onboarding and operational communication purposes. This information will not be disclosed
to any third party.
4.
The Rider is solely responsible for any accident, incident, or liability arising during
the course of delivery operations. The Company bears no responsibility for the Rider's
personal accidents or injuries.
5.
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 7 days' written notice to the other
party. The Company reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of misconduct or
breach of this agreement.
6.
Payment will be made on a weekly or monthly basis at rates agreed upon by both parties.
The specific payment rate will be communicated to the Rider separately and may be adjusted
by mutual consent.
7.
The Rider agrees to comply with the Company's Code of Conduct at all times. Any violation
of the code may result in immediate termination of this agreement.
8.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws
of Bangladesh. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before seeking legal
remedies.
Consent & Declaration
